Key Requirements and Qualification
While a three-year diploma (NQF Level 6) is beneficial, the minimum requirement to apply for this role is:
- Education: A Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
- Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Daily Duties and Responsibilities
As the campus Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, managing the flow of communication and administration. Your main tasks will include:
- Visitor Management: Greeting and assisting all clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Communication: Answering incoming phone calls promptly and directing them to the correct person or department.
- Mail and Deliveries: Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Office Organisation: Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and managing the scheduling and preparation of meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Performing essential administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and copying.
