What Will You Be Doing?
If hired, you’ll become part of Bustem’s global takedown and enforcement team.
Your role will involve identifying and reporting counterfeit listings across major e-commerce platforms such as:
• Shopify
• Amazon
• TikTok Shop
• eBay
• Alibaba
• Instagram and Facebook
Your main tasks will include:
• Reviewing alerts generated by Bustem’s AI scanning system
• Confirming when listings or stores are infringing on brand rights
• Submitting DMCA and trademark takedown requests
• Tracking takedown progress and documenting results
• Communicating with the internal operations team and platform representatives
The work is detail-focused and fast-paced, but full training and processes are provided.
Requirements for the Role
Bustem says the ideal candidate should be:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• A fast learner who can pick up systems quickly
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Comfortable working independently
There are only a few technical requirements:
• Reliable WiFi / internet connection (non-negotiable)
• Ability to work remotely from home
• A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
Salary
Successful candidates can earn approximately:
R16,160 per month (around $1,000 USD)
