Your Daily Responsibilities
Your role is vital for maintaining a professional office environment. Your main duties will include:
- Visitor Management: Welcoming guests and following security access procedures.
- Communication: Answering the phones and directing calls to the right people quickly and professionally.
- Deliveries: Receiving parcels and making sure the correct administrators are notified.
- Admin Support: Helping the Human Capital (HR) department with general office tasks.
- Environment: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety rules.
Requirements for the Role
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
- Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a reception or administrative role.
- Skills: You should have strong communication skills, be good at managing your time, and be able to work well under pressure.
