About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in bringing the @home brand to life. Your job will involve creating a warm and inviting shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door. From stylish kitchenware to cozy bedroom décor, you’ll help customers find products that suit their personal style and make their homes truly special.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Be the face of the @home brand by providing friendly, professional service and ensuring every customer feels valued.
- Sales and Service: Help customers find the perfect products, maximize sales, and exceed performance targets.
- Store Presentation: Keep the store well-stocked, clean, and beautifully arranged at all times.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals and maintain a positive working environment.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you’ll need:
- A Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
