Blueberry Hill Hotel and Spa is looking for a Spa Receptionist to welcome and assist our guests at the Spa. You will be the first person clients see, so you must be friendly, well-groomed and helpful. Your main job is to make sure guests feel comfortable, bookings run smoothly, and the Spa is well organised.
What you will do:
- Welcome guests and keep the reception area neat.
- Book and confirm Spa appointments.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and questions about Spa treatments and products.
- Help with payments and sales of Spa products.
- Keep records of appointments and daily schedules.
- Assist therapists with organising their bookings.
- Make sure guests have a pleasant and professional experience.
- Open and close the Spa and do daily cash-ups.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- 2–3 years Spa Reception experience (advantage, not required).
- Able to use a computer.
- Good at administration and handling money.
- Friendly, well-spoken and professional.
- Able to multitask (phone calls, bookings, payments).
- Can work under pressure and solve problems calmly.
- Must be well-groomed and enthusiastic.
- Able to work shifts and be on time.
