Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide knowledgeable and personalized service
- Promote makeovers and skincare consultations in-store
- Achieve sales targets through proactive customer interaction
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Maintain store presentation and housekeeping standards
- Minimize shrinkage through accurate and honest work practices
- Share product knowledge, beauty techniques, and industry trends with the team
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 (Essential)
- Diploma in Make-up and/or Skincare (Advantageous)
- Experience in customer service with sales targets (Essential)
- Previous experience in make-up/skincare (Advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills
- Ability to speak English and preferably one other official language
