Your tasks will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervising the Grade 5 student to ensure all work is completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping the student understand her lesson content and making learning fun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring that all school projects are submitted on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beginning similar support for the Grade 6 student starting in Term 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engaging the children in extra educational activities beyond their standard schoolwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To apply for this position through Au Pair Extraordinaire, you must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> You must have passed Matric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> At least 12 months of formal childcare experience (not including family or friends). This experience must be from within the last 2 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transport:<\/strong> You must have your own reliable car and at least 18 months of driving experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation:<\/strong> A valid South African ID is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Background:<\/strong> A clear criminal record and at least two contactable references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is this the right fit for you?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This role is ideal for a flexible university student or someone who is highly competent in English and has a genuine passion for working with children.
