You will be the first person clients see, so you must be friendly, well-groomed and helpful. Your main job is to make sure guests feel comfortable, bookings run smoothly, and the Spa is well organised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you will do:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome guests and keep the reception area neat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book and confirm Spa appointments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer phone calls, emails, and questions about Spa treatments and products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help with payments and sales of Spa products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep records of appointments and daily schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist therapists with organising their bookings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure guests have a pleasant and professional experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open and close the Spa and do daily cash-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Matric<\/strong> (Grade 12).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2\u20133 years Spa Reception experience (advantage, not required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to use a computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good at administration and handling money.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friendly, well-spoken and professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to multitask (phone calls, bookings, payments).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work under pressure and solve problems calmly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be well-groomed and enthusiastic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work shifts and be on time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job details:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Type:<\/strong> Full-time, Temp to permanent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> In person at the Spa, Hartbeespoort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
